In April 2022, Sarah joined the People Advisory Services (PAS) practice at Ernst & Young as a Senior Change Management Consultant to support clients as they make substantial shifts in culture, process, and more.
Hand2Mouth Theatre, Manager, International Programs & Cultural Diplomacy. The team has won 8 U.S. Embassy Public Affairs Section (PAS) grants and a U.S. Mission to the African Union grant to build artistic and cultural programming with community partners around the world. In 2022, Sarah co-created and led projects in the countries of Namibia, Peru, Georgia, and Ethiopia.
World Alumni LINK! (Leveraging International Networks and Knowledge) is a community for U.S. Department of State Exchange Alumni from around the world to connect, collaborate and strengthen our network. The first-of-its-kind live forum took place in June 2021 across 2 cohorts to accommodate 20 participants from Asia and Africa to North and South America, and featured speakers from the Peace Corps, the U.S. Department of State and more. This project was the recipient of a Citizen Diplomacy Action Fund grant from the United States Department of State.

Collective is a Brooklyn-based DEI consultancy and research lab that works to build inclusion into organizational foundations using a holistic blend of comprehensive data and an emphasis on the human experience. Since June 2020, Sarah has led sessions for employees at Spotify, Ouai, Spektrix, Okta, Downtown Music, Taco Bell, and more.
Story2 is an e-learning company with award-winning platforms, courses and boot camps to help high school and college students succeed in the 21st century workplace. From 2019-2022, Sarah coached teachers, students and professionals in-person and online through lectures, workshops and 1:1 session to support clients preparing for college admissions essays, interviews and high-stakes professional communication.

The Academy for Urban School Leadership (AUSL) is a nonprofit school management organization that leads one of the largest networks in Chicago. From 2016–2018, Sarah coached, managed and fostered the development of 40 new teachers pre-K to 8th grade with focus on the low-incidence disabilities program. She also created and facilitated weekly and monthly strands of professional development series for 50+ teachers on special education, instruction, classroom management, technology, and social-emotional learning and received an average positive approval rating of 98%.
